The Capital DanceSport Championships kicks off this week in Alexandria, VA, and as always it is sure to be a fantastic event.

Dancers have loved attending the Capital DanceSport Championships for many years, and the competition's popularity only seems to grow with each edition. Known for being flawlessly organized and for attracting top-level professionals to the competition floor, this year's championship -- which runs from Wednesday, Aug. 23, to Saturday, Aug. 26 -- is set to bring more of the same excitement and dance excellence that we've come to expect.
