D2 Football Rankings 2025 Week 10: Western Colorado Drops, CSU Pueblo Jumps

Findlay rises to No. 11 and CSU Pueblo climbs to No. 5 in this week’s FloCollege D2 Football Rankings as playoff races heat up across Division 2.

With only about two weeks left in the 2025 D2 football season, some teams are making a mad dash for playoff positioning while some others hit bumps in the road, or trudge on, and a few are even wilting before our eyes. 

The FloCollege D2 Football Top 25 is the impressionist painting representing this all, with streaks of light and smudges of struggle.

Findlay continues to impress, as they knocked off Northwood this past weekend. The Oilers move up to No. 11 in the Top 25. They have another massive test this weekend against No. 16 Ashland.

CSU Pueblo came from behind to defeat then-undefeated Western Colorado. The Pack scored 24 unanswered points and kept a high-powered Mountaineers offense from scoring in the second half.

Pueblo rightfully moves up to No. 5, while Western Colorado drops just a bit, to No. 10. WCU is still a team to be reckoned with come the playoffs.

Two HBCUs enter the rankings as well, Johnson C. Smith and Albany State (GA), both teams are 8-1 and each have some strong wins under their belts.

Western Oregon enters the rankings at No. 25. Their only losses are to FCS Cal Poly and West Texas A&M in an absolutely treacherous Lone Star Conference. They end the season with a trip to Angelo State before hosting the ultimate LSC boss Central Washington.
